Developing your “Life Action Plan” requires detailed thought and self-assessment.  In order to develop your own personal plan, I will walk you through a simple three step process:

  • Assess and review your current lifestyle.
  • Define and clarify your life dreams and goals. By listening I can help you create a life plan.
  • Create a step-by-step “Life Action Plan” to help you achieve happiness, balance and fulfillment.

Your unique “Life Action Plan” will be the bridge from your current lifestyle to the future fulfillment of your goals and dreams. By following this personalized plan, you can live a healthier, happier and more successful life!


Aliveness Wheel – “A visual look at your life at a glance.”
Throughout the life coaching process, we will use a number of tools to help you visualize these life changes. One unique assessment tool I have invented is the “Wheel of Life.” This tool shows you how to balance 11 important aspects of your life which are broken down into 4 dimensions.

Dimension 1: Now & Future Legacy Mission

Life Purpose: Exploring the power within you and how it can
be used to serve others.

Dimension 2: Mind – Body - Spirit

  • Future Self: Developing your inner compass and getting to know
    your true self with the support of a life coach.
  • Goals:  Achieving goals you really want, both personally and professionally.
  • Create the Life:  Following your passions and talents, and build upon your strengths and skills.

Dimension 3: Balance & Integration

  • Life Action Plan: Identify and clarify life's essential needs versus wants.
  • Money: Managing your money instead of your money managing you.
  • Physical Pursuits: Creating healthy eating plans while increasing
    energy and living an empowered life.
  • Activities and Events: Enriching your life experiences with leisure and fun.
  • Tangibles: Organizing and managing your valuables, time and belongings.
  • Simplify: Enjoying life with fewer material burdens.
  • Relationships: Making better choices by improving communication skills and relationship dynamics.
